I knew Amazon could come to the rescue. Thank you, Jeff Bezos. I decided to go for a black suit because I own several pairs of black pants, and I knew that while ready-to-wear jacket might fit good, that may not be the case for off-the-rack trousers. True enough, the jacket fits me well, true to size. The pants look good but would need some alterations, which I didn’t have time for. Luckily, I had a pair of black pants with fabric and color so close to the jacket’s that the naked eye can’t discern the difference. Check the pictures. I spent a good amount of time with my steam iron. I wasn’t able to remove the creases and wrinkles at the portion connecting the shoulder and sleeve, and that’s when I realized it is some tailoring flaw. I am at a point where I wanted to give it 4 stars because of the creases. However, at the dinner event, I received some compliments, haha. If you have time to prepare, you can alter the pants to fit you better. The vest is wonderfully made and would really enhance your look. Pictures don’t do justice, but in person, people thought it was custom-made.
