There's nothing that I really don't like about it. On its own, without bouncing off any surfaces like walls, ceilings, and such, this thing gives off a beautiful beauty dish quality type of light. Not super hard, not super soft. It's just fantastic. I don't really care that it doesn't fold down and take up a bit of space. I'm good with that. Mine arrived in excellent condition - no dings, dents, or stains. Perfect out the box. If you're looking for something other than softboxes and the other typical modifiers, check this one out!

Only complaint is that it came very dirty. It has some minor scuff marks. I bought it used so I don’t mind.

it's easy to use. Comes with a mount for a speedlight too! Im quite happy with my purchase.

This is a great product! I know a few of the reviews have talked about there being a mold nipple at the end of it, it is a slight Imperfection that has nothing to do with the quality of the product , You’re not taking pictures of it. It’s all about light output. As far as I’m concerned this thing is 100% great!

It's made out of plastic which I don't mind as much as the fact that it came with a big dent. For $60 I feel I should note that but it is a nice quality diffusion

This was exactly what I was looking for, to create a source that can throw light in all directions. Product seems to be of high quality, although I think it needs to be handled gently, which is no problem to me as I take good care of my gear. I'm using it at the end of a pole that an assistant holds, so I do wish the sphere were a little lighter, but no big deal. The one slight drawback is that the sphere is rigid, and takes a bit of space to store. I'd be happier with a collapsible solution, but, for now and for the price, this works great.
