FlagPole Buddy RV Flag Pole Solar Powered LED Light for 12, 16 and 22 Foot Tall Poles

This light works on the Buddy Flag Pole. I bought a solar powered flag pole light that sold for less than this light. The hole on that light was to small to mount on the top end of the Buddy Flag Pole. However, that seller stated, "works on most flag poles". Very deceptive. I think that seller should have stated, "does not work on Buddy Flag Pole". IF you are reading this review and want a solar powered light and you ordered or are going to order a Buddy Flag Pole - then order this particular solar powered light. The flag pole works excellent, I really like the upper and lower mounts for the flag pole. The solar powered light - lights up the flag beautifully at night. Super pleased with the Buddy Flag Pole and this buddy flag solar powered light.

What I like:Assembled onto the 16' flagpole Buddy without modifications.It works, set it out around 2pm and it got enough charge from sunlight to shine all night long.It switched off automatically in the morning.Seems well made but I will be inspecting for any potential leak points and seal them up.What I don't like:Doesn't light up the flag very well, but enough to meet standard to fly at night.Doesn't really light up the area at ground level, but that may be a good thing if it would disturb neighbors.Price point is expensive compared to other options, but it fits the flagpole.Needs some foam tape inside the twist mount because the flagpole bangs around in a light breeze.No storage bag for protection.

We placed this atop our 22' fiberglass pole along with the flashing beacon. It seems heavy but it withstood 30+ mph winds on the beach with the two lights and two flags on the pole. It illuminates the flag just enough at night & has the added benefit of being a low intensity night light for the entire campsite from up high.One of the owners returned my call with answers to my question. Excellent customer service.

This is junk. I bought this for my husbands birthday the end of May. He was out of state until the 1st of September. He has used it maybe a dozen times and has already stopped working. I contacted the seller and they simply told me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer is making me pay shipping to return the junk I was sold. Don’t do business with the seller or the manufacturer.

The solar light quality is good. It fits my Flag Pole Buddy as advertised. There is enough illumination to light my American flag all night, so the solar system works charging the batteries sufficiently to light from sundown to sun up. I would recommend this light.
