It works. Enough said. Great Product. 30 doses for the price, you can't beat it. Tastes great too. No aftertaste. I haven't touched my preworkout since picking this up. I spray directly under my tongue before swallowing I feel that it hits me faster.

Initially, I was worried about taste, but it's pretty good! If you ever tried the wardheads/sourheads spray as a kid and enjoyed it, you'll love this.I DID notice an evergy and significant boost in my mood (more happy/ cheerful) each time I took it(FYI I was NOT expecting that!).Downside: I tested my ketosis multiple times after (& switched up how long I would wait to check ketosis after taking this) and it doesn't seem to help me get deeper in ketosis. I think this product helped with mental focus too as when I first started Keto, there was extreme brain fog for the first two weeks. This seemed to cut down on that.If you're looking for a great tasting, TRUE pick me up, this is it. If you're looking for something to push you into a deeper ketosis, I haven't had much luck; however, the energy boost and overwhelmingly cheerful feeling is 100% noticeable so I'm continuing to purchase.(No jittery feeling)

Gave me that shot of energy to get going. But only gave it 3 stars because they sweeten it with sucralose.

Awful product. I tried different doses (2 to 6 sprays) when I needed a boost in energy. I did not get any positive result, neither mental nor physical. All I got from this product were heart palpitations.

Worked well, tasted fine. However I ended up with a banging headache from the sucralose. Wish they had stuck with the other sugar replacements Kegenix normally uses instead of fake junk sugar. REALLY bummed as this product did give me a lift from the ketones.

I love this Ketone spray and tastes very good. really like this company and heard about them on the Ben Greenfield Podcast. I will be using this spray as part one of my ketone salt supplements.

First off, the taste is not bad at all.Secondly, there is definitely enough caffeine to feel a decent boost after 5-10 minutes of spraying. I've basically been using this booster as just that - a booster. It can pull you out of a ketogenic funk while also supplying a decent amount of exogenous ketones.

Perfect health product for working out. Works exactly as described. Great price.
