First lid broke, but company replaced it without hesitation. Great customer service.
I upgraded my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars, because the company replaced it without question when it was technically outside the warranty period. I was impressed. I held off on updating my review until I had time to see if the replacement lasted. I have now had the replacement for 6 months. I don't know if the first one was defective or what, but I think it is definitely worth 4 stars given the outstanding customer service and doing the honorable thing to replace the broken lid.Original Review2 stars.Title:Broke in less than 60 daysLow quality! Cap breaks off
The cap cover broke off after putting it in the dishwasher . Otherwise it's a good kept my drinks icy cold

Not worth your money
This bottle was good for a month. N then the latch broke could not use cover. So the reason i bought it stopped working. Was so disappointing. Not worth it.
