Comfortable
Works well. I bought a couple different types of ankle holders to see what was best and this was, by far the most secure, comfortable and useful. I carry a tourniquet and entry tools all day without issues.

Nice Product
Have worn this a few times for work and it works great. It has three pouches, that are especially tight, used one for my tourniquet, and a second pouch for some celox. I wanted to carry celox guaze, but the pouches are too small and tight to fit that it. Option, if you wanted to put a set of chest seals in the third pouch, it would be very tight and they would stick up taller than the holster. Definately can hold an epi pen, or diabetic supplies, altough a glucometer wouldnt fit.

Outstanding ankle rig for responsible armed types
This is an excellent product. I’m a LEO and a paramedic. I will trade the equipment ON me for the equipment in my trunk anytime something goes down. I might be a bit extreme, but here is what I have loaded up:1x CAT TQ1x NPA1x folded and packaged space blanket (cold kills in trauma)3x (4x4) gauze padsHalf dozen knuckle type bandaids for multipurpose use3’ of tight wrapped Ace bandage (works as pressure dressing, sling, splinting aid, etc)1x NAR chest decompress needle1x Streamlight Microstream for EDC white light1x NAR folded size lg glovesThat is a LOT of capability in an ankle wrap. I flew with it on a plane for 9 hours of flights, I have worn it 3-4 weeks if investigative work in weather from 60 F to -20 F (Montana is wild y’all), and I took it deer hunting with me. This is a comfortable and reliable Rig. Fantastic for uni pants, but still great in jeans like I normally work in. If you carry a gun as a CHL or a LE type... there is no excuse not to be able to stop the bleed. Prepare or repair... I choose the former.

Great for the price
Great product, I have used this product on patrol for a while now and have no complaints. The items seen in the photographs fit the carrier system good but leaves no room for anything else. The carrier fits snug to the point where I don’t have to worry about it falling off.

High Quality but very tight fit.
I like the product material - it definitely feels on the higher end of the quality spectrum. It also secures nicely around the ankle/boot.My gripe with this product, though, is that the storage pockets are way too tight for what I need to store in them. I could definitely fit some items in with a little bit of effort but I found that taking them out also required some effort. I attempted to put a combination of the following in this product and was unable to comfortably do so: NAR CAT, Israeli Bandage, Hyphen chest seals, trauma shears, rolled gauze, bandages, antiseptic wipes/gel, pressure wrap, gauze pads. The CAT and Israeli bandage can only fit in the largest compartment (center). The smaller side pockets can be stuffed with the less bulky items. I am unable to carry both a CAT and the Israeli bandage together in this package.

Budget does not mean cheap
Very durable ankle kit for the money. Would pay more than I did for such an amazing piece of edc gear. Plenty of pockets and stitching is holding up well. Works well with either tennis shoes or over my 8 in. 5.11 boots!

Poorly designed.
Tourniquets will only fit in large center pocket where a pressure bandage should go, other pockets to small to fit basics. Poorly designed.

It works ok.
Carry daily at work. Pockets are small and so is the pocket area. I am still able to squeeze a tourniquet, trauma shears and a window punch in it as needed.
