Ok but not my bet buy.
The head band big and sits ver loosely. Sound quality is ok but not very sensitive.

Excellent voice pick up
Does a great job of picking up your voice, I actually had to turn down the master mixer from where it had been set. Does not move around on your head and very reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend.

Excellent Improvement Over Lapel Mic
This product was an excellent improvement over the traditional lapel mic we were using. The sound quality is great for speaking voice and very consistent. The unit is not adjustable in size and measures 6" between the ear hooks. The microphone portion is adjustable. The unit is comfortable to wear without irritating the ears and can be worn with glasses without any interference.
