Hey man this is a very good product! I work at Los Angeles International Airport and I have to lift and drag a lot of heavy luggage all day long, and for sure this belt is going to help me out. I just helped my wife now downstairs with the heavy laundry, and it certainly helped me, out a lot. I didn't feel any pain or strain in my lower back, so for those of you men and women who work in a place where you have to push, pull and drag heavy items all day long during your shift, this is the belt you have to wear! I injured my lower back (L4 & L5) about 40 years ago and I’ve been using these type devices for 30 years. Be sure to wear it REAL tight just above hips for it to be effective. Sized much smaller then advertised, XL fit more like medium. I have 38” waist. Had to stretch it to it’s limit to wear. I used it at work and around the house, probably 25 to 30 hours a week. Lost all of it’s “stretch” in 3 months. Not worth the money.

It arrived today and I put it on immediately because my back has been hurting for about two days now.. It helps with my posture and for my back support. Thanks

Definitely measure your midsection and order the larger size that will fit your measurements. My husband's measurements fit into the XL by a couple inches so I ordered both XL and XXL to be sure. The XL barely closed around his midsection, the XXL fit perfectly.

I ordered a large thinking that it would large enough but it was sized small I wear a 34 waist and it barely fit so I will have to order an extra large and hope it is cut bigger

I bought these specifically for working outside and in the garage. The suspenders do help keep the belt stay in place when bending or climbing around under things. The strongly constructed dual belt system not only helps support by weak lower back, it prevents me from bending too far and getting into that severe pain zone that I need to avoid.

With scoliosis in L4&5 any lifting or leaning is painful. This back brace pulled as tight as possible, relieves my pain .Shoulder straps are elastic which allows for easy adjustment to any back support position.Well worth the money

Ordered this one because l returned the previous one "ikeepi"...which was to difficult to fit. This one fits perfect and the braces are a bonus nice...you can wear them up of slip them off...adjustment is easy and it helps my back when I'm doing yard work...now that it's spring here. I can work longer and have less back pain that use to discourage me...not anymore.

Personally I love it, it helps with pain, recommended. The only negative thing is shipping cost, I wish it would be free.
