This massager is great for working on tight muscle areas. This type of massager has been recommended by my husband's chiropractor as therapy for & prevention of plantar fasciitis. I own at least 4 of these items which I place in various rooms of my house for convenient use.

It works very well after doing sport activities. I got it because my Plantar Fasciitis for the first time of my life. I usually put the massager inside of the refrigerator, and I feel very comfortable doing the massager after Tennis sport activity. I strongly recommend to use it. Thanks

it's ok. has an air inlet to pump it up to make it firmer, and that's not really disclosed (or at least not disclosed very well. maybe you can find it in the reviews somewhere???) in the description, I don't think. So to make it firmer (mine was really soft when I got it) you have to have a pump with a ball adapter. Not everyone has those. I had to scrounge around for one and when I finally found one, I had a few problems with getting it pumped up. The white insert where you pump it up kept popping out. Once I got it pumped up and put the white insert back in it worked OK, although the bumps are not as spiky as I would like, so the massage feel really isn't that spectacular. It's mediocre. Thus the 3 stars I guess.

It is to rough on the bottom of my feat

Bought this as a gift for my mother-in-law who has plantar fasciitis. She already has one of these (or very similar), and we bought this for her to use while on her many travels. She's used a few different products but prefers this roller the best after a long day of walking around. Glad I was able to find this on Amazon. She was thrilled to get it as she'd been looking for another one like this for some time.

Great purchase. I used it as soon as i got it. Felt so good to my feet i immediately ordered a 2nd one sobi could do both feet at the same time. Im happy with my purchase & mmy feet are happy.

I used one of these while visiting a relative and loved it. I am very pleased to have my own and I love it on my feet.
