Could be better
Okay, when I was shopping to replace an ear piece, I thought this was going to do the trick. Sadly, it did not. Though the sound was good when it worked, it would be choppy when I would talk on the phone and I was in side. I know it is not my phone (iPhone 6s plus) so I am not sure what the major malfunction was.Useful- once you figured out where the answer button was it was good to go.Unuseful - it disconnecting from the phone and then reconnecting. I was listening to a pod cast - ghost stories - and the sound started coming out through my phone. Very unhelpful with my 8 year old was right next to me.Truth be told I have had the product 2 days. Hoping it will improve if not... well, ya get what you paid for.

I only used it twice, and the last time the person I was talking to sounded broken up, it was too much static in her voice.

The Wingmarg sounded great , everyone said they could hear me fine . Unfortunately it would not hold a charge , and all the voice prompts were in Chinese ! So I sent it back .
