Good quality
High quality, plenty of length, great safety latches, not a cheap set of chains. Very happy with them.

Trailer safety chains, not just for trailers anymore!
This set of two chains are perfect for keeping my bike safe, in an area where bike thievery is the number one crime. I researched the type of metal most difficult to cut with bolt cutters, and this is one of them. They are heavy duty, but the perfect length for locking a bike. I took off the clamp and use a equally strong bike lock to chain up my bike to the rack. I keep one chain at my school permanently locked to the rack, and the other at home to lock my bike to my railing, so there is no need to carry it around. I imagine that just looking at the chain is intimidating enough for a bike thief to move on to the bike next to mine which uses a thin wire cable. There were a great investment to protect my method of transportation.*I paid full price for this item and strongly distrust any paid-for reviews where the reviewerโs opinion is bought by being given discounted or free products.

Great price and it is pretty hard to find grade ...
Great price and it is pretty hard to find grade 70 safety chains anywhere. Grade 35 (grade 5) is the easiest thing to find at local shops. The chains are plenty long enough for anything that you would need and I actually had to cut about half a foot off each chain so they didn't drag the ground. The only thing, make sure you get two double clevis to hook these to your trailer unless you plan on welding them. Quick links are much weaker than a grade 5 chain, so it doesn't make any sense to get this chain if you are going to use quick links. Make sure you get 3/8 grade 70 double clevis as 1/2 wouldn't fit. They have them on Amazon or you can get them from Home Depot cheaper, though you'll have to wait about a week to get them.

Safety chains perform as expected.
The pair of 35" grade 70 safety chains were just what was needed for intended trailer. Have been in use about 2 weeks as of this review and so far, so good. The hooks did fit into the loops on my truck and hopefully they will never have to be tested. Since this trailer is not used in the Wisconsin winter, how they hold up against road salt will have be reviewed by another purchaser.

By these chains they are great!
After having my small cargo trailer literally passed me on the freeway after the hitch clip failed and the undersized chain snapped like it wasn't even there, I decided to buy heavy duty chainsThese chains are big thick heavy duty chains with rust proof coating and extremely strong hooks. What more can you want? These are well worth the money.

No weak link here in your towing setup....
Way more than I need for a utility trailer with a 3,500 lb limit, but I guess I'll never have to worry about these things being a weak link. I think they picture made the links and hooks look a little smaller than they actually are, but the price was great and they showed up on time as well.
