Q: How can I order an extra charger?

My granddaughters car came with 2. I’ve not had a need to buy a third but you might try contacting Amazon. They may have a contact company name/number.

The rechargeable batteries broke? They’re sealed and there’s 2 pair. One in the car and one being charged. I’m confused how they can be broken.

As long as you want. But about six hours is good initially. You'll find out how long you need to charge it by how much you use the car.
