They are not fried. **Q: Is the shipping packed well enough to prevent the crackers from breaking or crumbling?** A: I ordered a package of 8 and there was no box, they were shipped in a bag and all the corners of the packages were of course smashed. I never had a problem when I bought the package of 12, they were always well packaged in a box. They used to be fulfilled by Amazon, but my latest order was not. I was very disappointed anyone would ship crackers in a bag. **Q: does not look like it's organic/non GMO product correct me if iam wrong** A: non-GMO isn't the same as certified ORGANIC as no-GMO foods can very likely contain GLYPHOSATE and/or other toxins.
