Weak motor; broken after a few uses
I bought this because this appears to be the original USB blender bottle. Other brands are copycats. I now regret buying this though, because it stopped working after about 20 uses! In addition, there are a few design flaws:1. You can turn the blades on without the top part in place. Safety issue.2. The motor is too weak. I usually blend some oranges, strawberry, and some greens like kale and spinish. Often times, the motor had a hard time to start and continue rotating. I had to restart it a few times to eventually finish the blending. If you stuff the bottle too full (even with soft fruits like watermelon), the blades won't start rotating (because of the initial pressure on the blade)3. There is a rubber gasket on the bottom part that cannot be removed for cleanning. Foods get below it and it smells..4. It does not fit in standard car cup holder.
