A Great Product Made by Great Folks
I recently lost my old grater. How you can lose a cheese grater is beyond me! Anyway, I searched Amazon for a new one and found the OjoLife item, read the good reviews, and gave it a try. I was immediately impressed with its size, being somewhat larger than my old one. It's comfortable in my hands and the plastic is quite sturdy yet flexible and easy to grip. It performs extremely well and produces a consistent output. Beyond the grater itself, the people at OjoLife Innovations sent me emails alerting me to possible shipping "misdeeds", which in my case did not occur. They have stayed in touch and their consistent concern for my enjoyment of their product is quite amazing in this day and age.

I cannot believe I paid what I did for a cheap grater with one grater/setting. If it actually is used in a restaurant it will not last more than one shift. It is very expensive for the quality. I would not buy it again;

I find it a little clumsy to use. I have trouble maintaining enough pressure on handle. I feel it is priced a bit too high. Also would be nice to have some grating size options (various cups). It grates very fine.

Well made cheese grater
A very well designed grater. Easy dis-assembly for thorough cleaning. Grating of fresh parmesan is efficient and easy and the cutting cylinder is sharp and well manufactured.
