After reading the reviews, I knew I should check the pots as soon as I got them to make sure the holes were all punched through. The 7" and the 4.5" were perfect - all the holes were clear. But the 5.5" pots did have about 7 holes which weren't completely punched through. There was a slit in all the holes, but still a thin plastic covered the hole. I just took a small cuticle scissors and cut out the thin plastic which was no problem at all. The pots seem very sturdy; and for the price and the variety of sizes, I had to give it 5 stars.

After doing quite a bit of review reading and picture comparing, I'm really happy with the orchid pots I ended up going with. I was a little concerned that for the price, the pots would be flimsy but thankfully I was wrong to worry about that. They are made of a sturdy clear plastic, not a bendable material like the ones orchids tend to come in from the store. They have plenty of holes to encourage air flow to the root system and support healthy growth. And the 3 different sizes make it a great option to go with so you can continue to upsize your orchid's container as it grows and keep it happy for years to come.

Great value on this set. Sturdy, strong, clear... perfectly sized to fit in standard terracotta pots but strong enough and good looking enough to show your orchids off. I have purchased sets of certain sizes in this set but to begin, this was perfect!

These orchid pots have loads of slits up the sides to allow the orchid bark to dry out between watering, just like orchids like. They seem durable. Love the multiple sizes: 4.5", 5.5", and 7". We are going to order more!

The pots are fine, but gets three stars 'cuz after I potted my orchids I noticed that the drain slots & holes on the bottom were covered by a near invisible thin plastic film on some of the pots, preventing drainage. You can easily cut the thin plastic with a knife or scissors as long as you catch it beforehand.

This is a great variety pack of orchid pots, although I realized for most store-bought phals, the 4.5" pots are equivalent to what they're already in, so those don't offer much value to me, and the 7” is huge (!). These pots are an excellent value as long as they are not broken in transit. I received two different sets of these and the first one was absolutely destroyed - the feet and bottoms were broken throughout, and the second one had broken feet on one of the medium pots (both mailing boxes were undamaged). Also, you may need to inspect the holes before you pot up your orchids - some of the holes on my larger pots were not well-punched through and could trap water. Still recommended for the value.
