Nice bargain for these brushes, the hair holds its shape. I’m a watercolorist and had the set for a little over a week now using them every day as I’m a college student on summer vacation, and so far no shedding. I’ve been painting for 5 years now and these are comparable with other higher price brushes I have had, for this price, good buy, highly recommend
