Broken tab
The product came packaged correctly in my opinion. However after reviewing the contents one of the 3 tabs on the spool cover has broke off. Per the instructions on how to remove it the spool cover was loose. Writing to see what occurs next, return or do I receive another cover. Will re-evaluate after product is as designed. At first view product looks exceptional. This is a present to go along with my wife's new iWatch.Update 5-28-17. Immediately upon leaving my reviews, the following day, Clear Glass contacted me and immediately made things right. In less than 4 days I received the part needed. Customer service is 5 STARS!!

I only have a 1 meter charging cable for my watch so perhaps that had something to do with my easy set up
I must admit that I was a little worried about the set up, especially since the seller contacted me and directed me to various videos. However, I had no trouble at all the first time. I only have a 1 meter charging cable for my watch so perhaps that had something to do with my easy set up. I would imagine that with a 2 meter cable, coiling the cable might be a bit more challenging. Still, once set up, the Amber works great and you can't beat it when traveling when there always seems to be a shortage of outlets and charging capabilities. Thanks for a great product!

Just a pretty silicone valley face
This case looks really sleek and modern style wise it’s perfect. But maybe I did something wrong. The watch charger would never stay in place until I put some double sided tape to it which is ridiculous when I’m paying upwards of $90 for a case. Also we take it for a trip and I charge my watch one night with cables everything is good. Next night it’s dead :/So I don’t trust the battery in the least bit. You’re paying $90 for a good looking watch case which you can probably do better.

Better Than Expected
I received this as a Christmas present over the holidays and it has turned out to be an item that travels with me everywhere I go. It’s like a portable dock that charges *fast* and I love the flexibility it delivers when it comes to being able to charge my watch. (For the record, I have a series 1 Apple Watch.) The design & form factor are big standouts! ;)

Won't charge correctly
It will not keep contacted to the receptors. I have to work with it forever to get the watch to charge. it still won't work. Really disappointed.

Watch did not fit as well as I hoped. The hinge shifts so if you are not carefull the edge of the case rubs against the watch. The battery life is very nice though. You can get multiple charges on it while on the go. Over all not really impressed with the design.

Really Love it.It has a quality of an Apple product!So far I got no issues, connection with iPhone via Bluetooth working good.However, I could only get ±5~6 Apple Watch Series 2 42mm charge via Amber

Beautiful quality, right up there with Apple itself
Beautiful quality, right up there with Apple itself. Only grip is that the watch cannot be used to see the face in night stand mode and only fits the iWatch without any big aftermarket covers. A bigger box would have been ideal, with a little space to store the supplied USB cable and maybe a spare strap or two for travel.

OK but be careful - construction is not very solid
Dubious quality item. The included instructions as to how to remove the inner casing (spool cover) are very poor. After watching numerous YouTube video as about how to dismantle the item in order to install the Apple Watch charger I struggled to remove the Watch mount and it broke off in my hand leaving an expensive watch case useless.UPDATE*** ClearGrass contacted me and sent me a replacement spool cover which has fixed the problem. Very good customer service from ClearGrass but be very careful when removing the spool cover - it could definitely be better designed but it does do what it says it does.

Would recommend
Really nice design and easy to carry around. Good to use even when at home. Only down side is it doesn’t close properly when the watch is inside so leaves a green glow as the watch has a clock when on its side.
