Works really well. Very easy to make multiple burger patties at once. The size of the patties this produces, is really ideal for sliders, since they do shrink when cooked.Otherwise, quality materials.

Great burger press, allows you to make 5 at a time, making it fast work for parties or large groups.The patties come out at around 3.5 ounces, which is going to be smaller then a lot of people are used to, but the uniform shape makes them easy to stack for a double if wanted, and they fit nicely on a bun. They also tend to cook a little faster because of the smaller size which makes it easy to produce enough burgers to feed a lot of people.I tend to not freeze burger meat, but I can see the advantages of using this press to create pre formed patties and then freezing them to have on hand as needed.The gloves are a nice touch as well. I needed a new grill mitt before I ordered this, so the silicone gloves were a great bonus. They work really well at keeping the heat out, and because they are silicone if you spill something liquid while moving it off the grill or out of the oven, it won't seep through and create a painful situation for you.Outstanding product, I'll be using this for years to come.

This is a game-changer. I really dislike handling ground meat but love ground sirloin burgers. My local grocer does not sell the patties pre-made with the sirloin. This is the perfect solution for me. I especially like that I can freeze them, then pop them out of the mold and into a freezer bag so I can reuse. This product has already saved the purchase price of the mold because I can now buy fresh meat and make them myself.
