16kg (35 lb) Kettlebell with DVD

I love these kettlebells. The handle is smooth and doesn't tear up your hands like some kettlebells do. This is now the 3rd Kaizen kettlebell I have purchased, All 3 arrived quickly and without any knicks or scratches. I don't use the DVD that comes with it, I prefer Lauren Brooks DVD's. I started with an 18lb bell and have progressed to a 35lb bell,

I researched many kettle bells before making this purchase. This KB is excellent quality, smooth, no ridges, and the finish is more than adequate.the handle is large enough for me to do two handed swings without any problem. When it is time upgrade I will definitely buy a Kaizen 24 kg KB.

This is my second kettle bell from Kaizen. I love it. Nice smooth handle makes it easy on the hands when swinging.

These are a very good quality kettlebell. The handles are thick, the surface smooth and the finish is flawless. Budo Videos individually shipped each bell, in addition to being shipped separately they were each wrapped and packed in foam to ensure there were no scratching or damage during shipping. I will definitely go with Kaizen and Budo Videos when I'm ready to move up in weight.
