Great idea, but does not work without bad lines
Important, this product won't work Google DVI to VGA lines or issues and you will see what in referring to.The results show that it will not work, you get a lot of dark bad video with lines on the output however if you use an adapter device with a chip in it DVI to HDMI adapter then use a regular HDMI cord it works great. The trick is the chip for converting it!

Seems like a quality cable, but image has ghosting
The cable works okay but there is a little ghosting on the monitor I have it hooked up to. I just use it as a secondary monitor so I'm living with it. If you were using this for a display that you actually need a good quality picture on be careful. I might have just had bad luck with my purchase so I won't review it too badly, but out of the box the same issue happens on three different monitors from two different sources.
