Just got done swimming and I used this before and after. It did the job and kept my hair protected and not brittle. It is nice and soft and I have curly hair.

This left my hair really soft. It protected my hair and would probably use it more often just for how nice it left my hair feeling.

Keeps my hair healthy when I use pre and post swim 4x weekly.

Like - Excellent products. They work to remove chlorine from hair and skin.Dislike - I was expecting three regular-sized bottles of product. Two of the items are one to two use samples. Two tiny plastic sample-sized product and one regular-sized bottle. Thought I was getting a really good deal. Not so. Must read fine print.

I have used ultra swim and aveda in the past. Both are fine. I think quality for each matches the price. This brand is amazing though. And even thought the price is a little high, it works really well. I spend 3 days a week in water aerobics for an hour. I don’t wear a swim cap. I don’t wear the conditioner as a pre-swim as suggested. My hair is bleached blond, and I have experienced NO chlorine discoloration! Plus the shampoo smells great and is invigorating. I will continue to use.

I've tried a number of pre-swim conditioners and this one works the best. I highly recommend this conditioner.

Over all it's a very good conditioner for after swimming. But the cap is really easy to fall off and waste a lot of conditioner....
