What a perfectly relevant study of Habakkuk! Many of us question what is going on in today's world, and while this study was originally shared in 1992, it is as relevant today as then! The questions of what is going on, how can the Lord allow this to happen and so much more can be prevalent. Habakkuk had questions about the violence, prevalent evil and injustice of his time, and why the Lord hadn't set the people straight (my wording). Habakkuk turns from his questioning to trusting the Lord, no matter what the circumstances are. This is a fabulous study that is perfect for today's world...and really any time as God's Word is living and active!

Great study as Kay's books and teaching take you all over the bible giving you the whole council of God's word. I enjoy teaching from her studies and the responses from the ladies in my group is heart felt. To watch them learn and grow is priceless. Thanks Kay!

We studied this book at our Tuesday morning Bible Study. Our group of 20 ladies found it to be a great study and just what is needed in the time we live in. Things haven't changed much since Habakkuk wrote his book. This study is based on that book of the Bible. When it comes right down to it, the question is: Do we trust God or not?? A faith increaser, excellent study!

Kay gives you chapters that contain scriptures that can help you understand how Gods work is in building faith in His people. There are small group discussion questions and memory verses to help. Each chapter has a day by day reading so you don't become overwhelmed with taking in too much material too fast. Definitely would recommend this book for anyone who is struggling with believing when experiencing tough times.

Timeless truths from the Bible, helping us find our way through these times. Especially helpful now, hurricanes, earthquakes, volcanoes, shootings . . . Search the Scriptures guided by this book to find some peace and comfort.

I have done many bible studies and must say this was my first that was discouraging more than encouraging. Last year I did a deeper study of the bible on trials, spurred by Todd White & Dan Mahler lessons on utube. I have to say I agree with them. God is love...unconditional love. We don't really know what this is because we struggle with this fallen world. But God showed it so clearly when he gave his ONLY son to die the WORST death ever know to our earth. I just can't see how a God that bankrupted heaven to save us, would do ANYTHING to cause or allow us to suffer in health, death of family, financial, ext... We must keep in mind, we live in a FALLEN WORLD & God gave us choice....these come into play for many of our struggles we face. Please look up on utube!
