These were awesome. I ordered two for my grandsons. One did not have the scorpion, but they loved them. It took a while to get them, and they did have a chemical smell when opened. By the next day it was gone. Definitely worth the money.

We didn’t realize this would take so long to come. It arrived barely in time. When opened it I was completely overwhelmed by the smell of mothballs. Mothballs are so toxic so not something I was to smell.It a good collection for the price but the labels are glue on little strips of paper. I feel bad giving it a bad rating bc I feel like someone worked really hard on this in their house. But, this is a gift for someone and I feel almost embarrassed giving it to them now. Can’t return it. It’s from Malaysia. The frame is nice too. I think there is a mothball inside the bottom right hand corner to keep the carcasses fresh but after three days I can still smell the mothball smell. Another reason I don’t want to give it as a gift. After writing this review I know I can’t give this thing as a gift :)

I bought this as a birthday gift for my best friend and he loved it! It is well done and looks great on a wall. He has a black light and noticed the scorpion glows underneath, so it is most definitely real!A few notes I'd like to mention:1) the product smells very strongly of moth balls. Im assuming this is because of something used to preserve the specimens but it's still a little off putting. Hopefully the smell will gradually dissipate now that it's on display rather than in a box.2) the centipede lost a couple legs in transit. I don't know if this was preventable and it's barely noticeable but i wanted to mention it none the less.3) the product picture on amazon is constantly being changed, so don't expect your product to be organized like the photo. It should have all the same specimens, but they might be in different spots in the case.Overall, I am very happy with this product. My best friend loved it and immediately put it in his bedroom wall. It's a great product for anyone with an interest on entomology.

Decent size display and greatly preserved insects. You will need to air it out when you open the packaging. Great for the price.
