I always read other people's reviews before I buy anything and I admit I was a bit skeptical about this product but I had to try something different for my lower back. This is an amazing device! If you need lower back support, forget any other pillows you want to buy because they are useless. They don't provide the curvature you need to move your lower back inward, not outward. Some of them are too soft and before you know it they wear out. So far, I've used only one setting on this stretcher and it works for me really well. It is made well and the plastic is tough, but it's exactly what I need. If it's too rough for you, use a soft pillow to cushion the hard plastic and arrange it the way you want. You can move it up and down and set it where it's needed. I was pleasantly surprised to also get an email giving me a bit more detail on the product. Overall, I am impressed with the product and the follow-up note. Great customer service! I give it 5 stars because I don't have the option to give 10! Thanks very much!

I have to admit that I was leery when I bought this. I read all the wonderful reviews, but thought this was going to be just another of the highly rated items that I've bought for relief that failed. The item came the next day and was beautifully packaged. I easily put it together and crawled onto the floor to test it out, with even less belief then when I ordered it. Amazingly enough, I felt the stretch right away and some relief came about 10 seconds in. After one minute, my back started to really relax on it. At two minutes, my back let out two large pops as I quietly lay there and a wash of relief came. By the 5 minute mark I was starting to fall asleep and never wanted to get back up. All this and I've only been using the lowest arch setting.

At first user I felt my spine realign. It is harder than expected, however once I relaxed the acupressure knobs were right on point. After 15 minutes I began to feel much better and lower back, neck and arm numbness gone!

I had terrible back pain every time I sat down. I used this on its highest setting for a few days and so far its given me 2 full days of no back pain what so ever. Its even eased my anxiety a little as a side effect, but thats probably because I'm not freaking about being so young and in so much pain all day. I stopped using it after those two days and the back pain creeped back up on me, so make sure youre sitting with it for a while before you consider yourself healed.

Al principio es la novedad y está chido, hasta el punto en que lousas del diario (como debe ser) y te das cuenta que ya descarapeló tu sillon ejecutivo. jajaja, en fin, posteriormente ya se siente la rigidez, nada como tener un cojin comodo y te sirve de soporte para la espalda baja. Si lo recomendaria?, no se, solo si hay alguna opcion mas comoda y que no arruine tu sillon ejecutivo como el mio.

it was very hard, exactly what I want, for the initial 4 months. be extra cautious during installation, as my finger got stuck between the fitting slots due to the design and hardness of the plastic. However, after 4 months, it started to lose hardness noticeably and deformed, so I had to raise the arch level to medium and then most curved. Then after another 2 months, the plastic became very soft and lost its function to support my back.

I thought I'd use it more as I fly for work every two weeks or sooner. It kinda just sat in my luggage after a while. When used, it helps mid- and upper- back only. It did nothing for my lower lumbar area which is the source of my pain. It didn't even stretch my lower area. It is useful, I just wish I found more use for it for my lower back.

This is awful. You sleep on it to stretch your back nd the plastic sags so instead of stretching your back you are doing gymnastics to stay on it and not hurt yourself. Don't buy this junk.
