Best "go" product I have found!!!!
I can't say enough times... I LOVE THIS!!! Like many folks with a plugged up problem, I have tried sooo many things on the shelves. I wanted something natural that I could take everyday if needed (and I do). This product is the best, works well and keeps you "regular". I adjust the amount I take, most the time I just need 1 or 2 but there are those times when 4 is needed. I have NO cramping or pain, I take it before bed and most often "go" the next day. I have continued to buy this product bottle after bottle and will likely keep doing so.

Constipated? Not anymore!
I have taken different things for years now to help me be regular and this has to be the best that I have come across. It definitely works! I take it at night right before I go to bed and before I pour my second cup of coffee in the morning, I make a little detour to the bathroom. The best part - I dont get cramping like I have in the past with other things I have tried. Granted I'm sure dosing is different for everybody. Too little and you probably wont get much relief, too much and you might not leave the bathroom but it only took me a couple days to figure out how many I need and I am thrilled that one bottle will last me over a month. Beyond satisfied customer!

Working GREAT so far!!
I have struggled with IBS for several years and have tried multiple products without much success. The only thing that seemed to help was activated charcoal. However, I still had bouts of constipation that would last up to a week. I have only tried this product for a few days but so far it is working GREAT! I will update my review after a few more weeks of use. ......HopefulUpdate: It has been just over two weeks and it is still working!! I am one happy camper!!4-18-17 Still awesome!!
