More Bodyweight than Kettlebell
I really wanted to like this dvd. I enjoy reading her postings on Facebook, but I cannot really recommend this dvd. The sound has an echo to it. The menu title has a 'busy' blackish background and the cursor is blue which makes it hard to see where it's located at (I selected the wrong item several times). The electronic/techno music dominates or is equal to the volume of Ms. Storino's voice; I find this music very distracting.She uses a lot of bodyweight exercises, due to joint problems, I can't do bodyweight exercises very well. Some of her exercises rely on balancing on the kettlebell. Ms. Storino uses a competition kettlebell, which is a large, flat bottomed bell (the size is the same, no matter what the weight is). She said in the video not to do this exercise if you don't have a large, flat-bottomed bell (a small one could tip over).I'm giving this dvd two stars if the buyer enjoys doing bodyweight and ignores the flaws.

could barely get past the first recommended workout, had to stop do me being out of shape, but i do say so myself, seeing how this is the the first workout towards the full 4 week program all i can say is i need start running.

Good workout, poor quality video
So far I am liking the workouts but the video is poor quality. The music is very distracting and overpowers her voice, which echoes. It makes it difficult to hear the instructions. Also, the menu is difficult to navigate. The workout repeats itself too instead of going back to the menu when complete.

This is for all fitness levels and is a great introduction to kettlebell fitness. This dvd does use a competition size bell which is highly recommended by anyone wanting to advance and improve their fitness. The pace of the dvd is solid and well done. If you can not master the move immediately just modify. I find this dvd great for conditioning and overall improvement. This is not for someone who has never taken a kettlebell class from a certified instructor, which I would highly recommend everyone do if you want to learn the proper technique and use of the bell. With that being said this is great way to get strength and well as cardio in one fitness session. The first week starts of slow and builds as the weeks advance. I find this to be my go to dvd when training for competition.
