It is pea green in color and has a particle size similar to powdered sugar, although you will notice small particles. This is a must for all lamb dishes and mint jellies. Add to pea soup, beefstew, minestrone, salad dressings & vegetables, such as green beans, potatoes, eggplant, mushrooms, squash & zucchini.
