Fits perfectly and does the job well. It's much more sturdy than the one it's replacing.

Seems to be good quality. Had a hell of a time getting the old lift removed from the chair. If I were to do it again I would just buy a new chair.

Worked great for me! Quick and easy replacement on the office chair. Clear, concise instructions plus gloves to keep your hands clean. Fix your low rider chair in about 10 minutes. Five minutes to read the instructions and get ready plus 5 minutes to replace the lift. (You might need a rubber hammer to knock out the old gas lift. A regular hammer works just fine but a bit noisier. One good whack on the bottom should do the job.)

Received and worked as promised

Just installed my new chair cylinder. The hardest part of the job was removing the old one. The installation of the new one was simple: dropped the bottom of the cylinder into the chair base and set the chair seat on top and was done; it maybe took 90 seconds. The new cylinder works great so far. I'll let you know in three months how it is doing.

Had it in my chair about 3 days and this morning it started failing.
