## Description

Experimental cognition: electromagnet working principle: a simple summary is the magnetic effect of current.When the coil is energized, the core inside is magnetized by a magnetic field running through the tube.The magnetized core also becomes a magnet, so that the tube's magnetism is greatly enhanced by the superposition of the two magnetic fields.The core and armature of electromagnet are magnetized and become two magnets with opposite polarity.Electromagnet is a kind of electric appliance which USES the electromagnetic suction generated by the current-carrying iron coil to control the mechanical device to complete the expected action. Experimental steps: 1. Experiment preparation and understanding of experimental equipment: battery box compass, enameled wire, nails, small iron sheet, wire, switch, sandpaper 2. Straighten the enameled wire and sand away the paint from both ends (otherwise it will not conduct electricity). 3. Wrap the polished enameled wire around the nail to leave two ends of the wire -- the coil 4. Connect one end of the battery box to the enameled wire end of the coil and the other end to the switch, and then connect the switch to the other end of the coil. Install the battery after the circuit is connected. 5. Hold the end of the nail with one hand and the switch with the other hand to turn on the power. Move the nail to the place where the small iron piece is placed and see if it can hold the small iron piece. 6. As in experiment 5, move the nail near the compass or shake the nail to see what happens to the compass. Warm tip: the battery is not included.

Review: It works, but not what I was looking for - It’s a little bit falsely advertised, the sand paper isnt as long as shown. But other than that it’s good. It’s not very strong, and I had a very strong suspicion about tip of the nail being magnetic, but maybe it was due to me putting a permanent magnet on it and then turning the device on. It works. But I did find a hair in it as I was opening the package, it wasn’t my hair because mine isn't straight. That isn’t the thing I’m complaining about, I just lost interest.
Review: Junk - I couldn't make this work at all and there were no indlstructuons. A piece of junk don't waste your money.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works, but not what I was looking for

It’s a little bit falsely advertised, the sand paper isnt as long as shown. But other than that it’s good. It’s not very strong, and I had a very strong suspicion about tip of the nail being magnetic, but maybe it was due to me putting a permanent magnet on it and then turning the device on. It works. But I did find a hair in it as I was opening the package, it wasn’t my hair because mine isn't straight. That isn’t the thing I’m complaining about, I just lost interest.
