Not worth it
Ordered 4 for hanging plants. One stem was way to thin and was very hard to fill. 2 were so wide them basically dumped the water out within a day. They will become target practice.... Back to the watering can

Useful and pretty
These are beautiful, colorful glass, that seem rather fragile but so far no problems. They keep a small pot of herbs well watered for several days, and actually looks pretty among the plants. Thought they would let all the water into the soil immediately, but it seemed to slowly release into the soil when needed. Tip does fill with some soil when placing into pot, but it doesn't seem to hinder water flow. Easy to rinse out soil when it's time to refill bulb.

I am the plant killer.
I can never manage to keep plants alive. I either underwater them or drown them. I wasn't ready to kill my mini herb garden this year so I decided to take a chance and try these bulbs. Let me tell you. They were a lifesaver! No dead herbs this year!
