If you walk more than 5 miles in your daily life this little stick is a life saver. I put in anywhere from 10 to 15 miles a day at work and I never chafe when I use this and it also made running a fun, comfortable experience.

Fantastic product
Use this product anywhere skin rubs on skin. It protects the skin fron becoming irritated and breaking down. Especially useful during the warmer months applied under breasts and in the thigh folds.
