Front Brake Cable for Yamaha Moto 4

Works great, had to drill out existing lower brake cable keepers, top part needs a bracket to center box to existing mounts. But one will tighten down.. long cables, but functional. 1985 honda trx 125

part was correct and i was notified of any problem that arose

So it does work for a blaster but it's not perfect at all. The top cable is too long by probably 6-8 inches so I used my original one because it was the cables down by the brake shoes that were worn. Also the cable elbows don't really bend far enough so you have to keep a little extra slack in them. Plus I added a spring inside of the cable box and it helped immensely. It was in the stock set up but did not come in this so I added the spring and glued it in place to the inside of the box. My brakes work now, but it's not a good bolt up kit 100% it needs a little modifications to work. Still not bad if you need the cables on the low end this will work just bend the elbows closer to 90° than what they are. They're just a little too close to straight and you can tell it puts stress on the cables when tight especially when turning.

Just a few modifications and this will work for a Trx 125 …. A new cable on line is $510.00 ….!!!!! Take your time

Needed this for an old 4x4 converted to a 2x4 with a predator engine, unfortunately the front brake line broke ( the OEM no longer exist) and this unit slotted in perfectly

I put this on a 1985 polaris trailboss 250re/s had to modify the cable a tad but overall worked great!
