This was the best looking VR Headset I have received. I have now been through 3 sets! I quickly found out without a remote/button you are very limited. The 2nd came and was already broken when I opened the box. The return label stated there were batteries in package. Well that was news to me because there were no batteries in the unit/remote. I'll admit the description did not state "batteries included", but I found it peculiar that the return label stated batteries on board. So now this VR set. It comes with this tiny remote that you charge and connects via BT. I started charging the controller and began to load my new Virtual Reality Headset with my iPhone 6plus, the description clearly states my phone will fit this VR device. IT DOES NOT FIT!! So, there goes VR number 3 back to Amazon. Anyone notice a decline in quality control lately? I use Amazon because you know you are getting a good solid product. Unfortunately not true lately, I've had 1 product that simply never showed up (of course Prime 2nd day). Still never showed up! Then the broken VR set. The product was clearly NOT checked bf it was shipped (had another product come already broken. Packaging in perfect condition but product broken upon arrival. And now this because of misrepresentation in the description. It is now a joke in the family about what VR set is coming this week......?!Hope it helps someone.

The headset itself works fine. The accompanying remote arrives with very confusing instructions and does not work well with the VR headset. Better remotes should be included that actually function properly. When an iPhone is inserted into the headset you have to open the headset each time you want to change the app or to change volume. The phone holder inside of the headset is situated so that one of the tabs is directlyin line with the iPhone volume control.

I loved these at first, wore them while walking on my treadmill watchin a moving hiking trail. After the fifth or 6th use, i noticed I had a bit of a balance problem, and started to get headaches after 5 minutes, i do have a problem with depth perception, so that may have contributed to my problem.

They do what they are meant to, but the insides pressed on my buttons and the remote doesn't seem to work. At the price I bought it for, I really cant complain.

Ok but wasn't impressed. a better quality would have been better but more expensive but good for the price.

My daughter loves it.

Purchased as a Christmas gift. It worked great!

Works well, but remote does not work at all and cannot find information on how to get it past pairing.
