Way more exceeded my expectation
To me, the noise cancelation, volume control, receiving calls are all working well. Sound is very good, too. I've been using it for about a month. I'm very happy with this product.One thing I noticed was the paper instruction enclosed was printed in both English and Japanese, not Chinese, and I'm wondering why.

Wireless earphones hurts my ears, they don't fit right. These feel great and work good.

Good sound and nice storage case
Purchase for my new iPhone 15. Connected fine to the phone and initial use was good. Good sound and I could hear someone talking to me while the buds were in my ears. Nice small case for transporting.

They were great. I have wireless earphones, but I like to use much better seem to be durable and work great

Not good
Not so comfortable to have in the ears. Started having problems after 3 months: noise while having conversations over the phone, then left headphone stopped working. Can't compare with apple's.

Ear phones will not stay in place
I know everyone's ears are different, but these ear phones were solid instead of pliable, and they just hung over my ears and if I moved they fell out. I do not have large ears, and they would not fit in my ears snugly at all. I contacted Amazon and got my money back and will be donating them to hopefully someone that can use them

Great product and good value
I bought the headphones USB-C as they are the only ones that work with Samsung Galaxy S22. Great product.

Poor fit
The headphone keeps on coming off from the ear and it is not a snug fit, so outside sound is heard. Protective case is missing. Not value for money. Sound quality is also average.
