Don’t waste your time calling customer service
The Colored hair pictured is not the color on the package. Beware! I called customer service to clarify if golden bronze was brownish like the swatch or gold like the flower on the package. Fail!!! Whoever I talked to beat around the bush and started telling me about black and chestnut. And then told me each color will show different depending on the person.i had to keep repeating my question and finally was told the swatches are a true match and she suggested the brown. Wrong!! Brown must have lots of red innit because it came out burgundy unless the henna pack inside was wrong.Easy to mix. It looks black and it seems to get hard/crusty like the henna tat ink and left my hair feeling like straw afterwards. I only dyed my grey over my forehead at the scalp in the front and it covered it well, but good thing I have locs and the hair is twisted into it afterwards ( and I have head wraps and scarves to hide the grey when I don’t dye it or i’d be screwed. I waited over the weekend before purchasing so I could speak to someone and ask questions and still got disappointed. Go with your first mind after looking at the swatches. Don’t call customer service because they beat around the bush and are unsure (like most workers at Home Depot who never know anything when you ask). Ugh! I hope they do exchanges.

Only thing that works on gray
I've been using this brand for a few years very happily but when my color was out of stock I decided to try another brand that claimed it covered gray. Not only did it not cover fully but in less than three weeks I needed to redo it. Gray Away henna covers the gray fully and lasts for 6-8 weeks. It is a superior product for covering gray. Periodt.
