This works! But read the instructions - it’s not like FiberOne that dissolves in water - the granules gel in your stomach to clear you out and keep you full.. do it in a shot glass of water and chug it down - then chase with water and you’re good to go!

I was very disappointed with this product. It forms clumps, and when I went to drink it, it made me gag. And most of all I am furious that I cannot return it. I hope you read this and forget about buying it for weight loss. It does not work.

This fiber is fabulous and works great!! It takes a bit of getting used to, but boy does it work! Takes a bit to work up to a full dose, and to get the water/fiber ratio correct so you don't have a huge glass to gulp down.I would recommend this fiber to everyone - get over yourself and get your gut healthy again!Stop whining about the texture and start taking care of yourself!I mix mine with 1/2 water 1/2 carrot, pineapple, tumeric juice and 1 tbs probiotic. Love it!

I’m sorry I didn’t read the reviews. This is nasty to drink, well actually chew. It doesn’t dissolve & clumps into a gelatinous mess. Ugh! So gross! Just the thought of it is nasty. PTSD! The damn thing is NOT returnable. Bleck!!!!

I think it helps when I eat certain things just doesn’t mix well

I have taken PGX for four years. It has greatly helped with weight loss and good digestion. It does require vigorous stirring with whisk. It becomes a gel, and never really fully dissolves. Using warm water helps to eliminate the clumps.

One of the best supplements I’ve taken

I only got this because it was suggested for a diet and it made me sick and amazon won't return it. I must be allergic to something. Either way if something makes you sick you should be able to get a refund but I guess no one stands behind their products anymore. It's a shame. Normal fiber is just fine don't waste your money.
