***Episode 5 issues update*** Guys, come on. The CC's are off by several minutes and it's very frustrating. Tell me why customer service doesn't see how this is an issue? I guess it's just nbd if us Deaf customers can't keep up with what's going on onscreen, and resolving it is low priority. I have a hard time believing in the only Deaf customer to report this issue. 😐I agree with much of what is here - it's so hard to avoid spoilers when the episodes aren't going up on time! It's 3pm where I am, and we still don't have the episode.I saw a review where Customer Service is trying to say "WoW didn't give us good quality video, so that's the delay" and can I say I call BS. This isn't the only show I've found this to happen with. I live in an area where we have only one cable provider and they know it.. after the introductory period, the cost went up to almost $200 a month and since there aren't any other providers, they won't negotiate like they will in other areas if you say you're going to cancel. Since I watch all of five shows regularly, instead of paying that $200/mo th I use Netflix and Hulu, plus I purchase individual season passes as needed through Amazon.In the past year, this has been an issue with AHS, Criminal Minds, The People Vs OJ Simpson, and now RuPaul Drag Race... and yet they are going to say that it's WoW's issue and they're resolving it? Really? If I could get a refund I would. It's not like I can't find a recap online or stream it elsewhere, I choose to buy the season pass so that I'm paying fairly for it and not having to watch hosting commercials, and for the convenience of being able to just log in and watch. This is ridiculous though, not getting the episode for 2 days means that I've already heard spoilers so what's the point in watching.

Episode 3 was late for everyone. I called Amazon and the operator took a report and sent it to their tech team. Amazon's customer service number is 1-206-922-0865.When you call, please ***be civil***. I don't care if you've paid for the season, so did everyone else, and everyone is having the same difficulty. Not only that, it's NOT PERSONAL on the part of Amazon, and especially on the part of the person answering the phone. I see some irate posts, and I completely understand why people are upset. I was too, but remember that the person who answers the phone is not the one at fault, and they may not even be aware of the problem. Please DO NOT yell at them, they're doing their best. I work phones, and trust & believe, customers can really, really suck. Be nice. I was nice, and the problem was relayed to their tech team, and the next day, Episode 3 was available. It could well be that Episode 3 was made available for everyone at the same time, though. Still, if it happens again, make sure to call and make sure to be decent human beings on the phone. Thanx.

New season is so much better than last season. The contestants have a lot more personality and real talent! I still miss Santino and think the show really needs him to judge the fashion but besides that this is Drag Race the way it's supposed to be. Also love to see that there is no bullying this season. Bitchy is fine but the seasons with bullies are uncomfortable to watch at times. Great group of final four. No HUGE stars like Bianca, Jinx or Sharon but still a talented and interesting four. Good job judges. Whoever picks the contestants did a MUCH better job this season. By the way fools, don't give this great show a one star review because it didn't look good on your stupid iPhone or whatnot. And don't give it one star reviews for it showing up late on Amazon. Look at the way you are dragging the star reviews down? Use the stars to rate the actual show then complain, if you want, about Amazon in this box. This is a five star show. And it shows up late at night the next day which works for me just fine.

About the delay on episode three- I talked to customer service, and they apparently didn't get a good quality video of the episode and that's causing the delay. They're working with the studio to correct it. I was pretty disappointed, and it's very hard to wait, especially with spoilers online, but I'm still fairly pleased with the experience and am willing to wait to get it in a better quality. I don't have cable, and I'm just happy to have a legitimate way to watch the show more or less as it airs, although I think the studio should consider treating their paying customers less like second class citizens-sure cable viewers watch commercials and they get money that way, but we're paying them directly, and I think that deserves more consideration. We should be able to watch it as soon as it airs, or at least right after. And that's not Amazon's decision-it's the production company's.I'm really enjoying the season and the queens on it so far. They're a very colorful group! I can't wait to see episode three and beyond. :)

BEST SEASON SO FAR!!!!! Though I may be biased because I keep saying that every season - yes, including season 7. I mean, it didn't have the greatest start, but half way though, I was living! It even gave us some of the most amazing queens of al times: Tracy Martel, The Minge [who I hate but is still amazing], Ms. "The Brand" Fame serving chicken couture, and the living legend and natural woman of the world KATYA!!!ANNNND [SPOILER ALLERTS FROM HERE ON - though if you're not caught up with the best show on the face of the planet then it's your own damned fault] that lip synch between Ms. Kennedy and Katya... FML that was epic!And speaking of lip synchs, Chi Chi's rendition of And I'm Telling You this season... OMG!!! I still get chills!Any way, Watch. Live. LOVE!
