I LOVE this invention!! This watermelon slicer is one of the best kitchen gadgets ever, and I am wondering why it took so long for it to be invented. My kids love watermelon, but I don't buy it often because it is such a messy pain to cut up. This gadget is easy to use and makes slicing and serving watermelon easy and clean. First, you slice the watermelon in half with a regular knife, then you use this gadget to quickly and easily slice the watermelon inside the rind. Finally, you gently squeeze together the handle (nicely covered in silicone so it is not sharp) and lift out the slice to serve. Easy peasy. Its summer time again and time to bring out the watermelon for BBQS and hot summer days ahead. I purchased this watermelon slicer because everyone knows how difficult and messy it can be to slice up watermelon. Well Not anymore! This item arrived fast and on time securely boxed up. Included was 2 stainless steel watermelon slicers for the Price of 1!! You cant beat that. I will recommend slicing the watermelon in half the long way, for me its just easier to get nice long slices when using the watermelon slicer. Once you're ready to use the slicer, turn the slicer down, with the arch facing downwards, and do a long clean stroke as if you were scooping up ice cream. once done I will recommend either one of 2 ways, you can either grab the watermelon out by going over the same piece you just cut and squeezing the slicers to pull the watermelon out or you can turn the slicer on the opposite side and squeeze the slicers to lift the water melon slice out.Clean up is a breeze, you don't have to worry about any watermelon juice getting all over the counters and spilling everywhere. If done correctly you will have little to none excess watermelon left, if you do have more excess watermelon left then expected, I would highly recommend scooping it out with a melon scoop spoon, to keep from wasting the watermelon.These watermelon slicers will be a must for this summer!I have received this item for free or at a discounted price in exchange for a honest review.

I love these at first I thought they might be cheaply made but I was wrong. These are wonderful, I no longer have mess to clean up, my watermelon cutting is no longer 15-25 minutes, all I do is use the watermelon slicer, cut done with them and pick up the watermelon with them, such a great tool for the kitchen. The watermelon slicer is stainless steel, cuts perfect, no mess, no fuss, no watermelon juice to clean up, these are well worth the money. I also like the fit in my hand, it's comfortable, I don't have to use a lot of strength to cut, I'm so glad that I have these, I would definitely recommend these to anyone, the shipping was great, packaged very well, and I'm happy. Love this watermelon slicer! It makes slicing and serving watermelon a dream! The rubber grips help to ensure a firm grip on the handle, and the metal slicing blade slices cleanly and easily through the watermelon. Just make sure to cut your watermelon in half longways to make slicing go smoothly. Yes, that probably should have been common sense for me, but now I know..:) I have used and washed this slicer numerous times this summer, and it has held up fantastic, showing no signs of faulty construction or wear. I was skeptical of this purchase but it is amazing! I absolutely love watermelon but not necessarily cutting it up and getting mess everywhere! This watermelon slicer is so easy to use my 12 year old daughter figured it out with no instructions & had no problems slicing & cutting up a large seedless watermelon on her own.
