It is made of harder materials so it's not very comfortable and feels very bulky under the arms. It is not that hard to figure out how to use. Just put the straps through the rings and Velcro them at a spot that's much larger than you need before putting it on. Then put it on and un-Velcro the straps and pull tight and re-Velcro.
