The hole is smaller so your 415H master link won't fit. This is not a #415 half link. I suspect its a #410. The cotter pin side fits onto the chain very very tight. A 415 master link will not fit through the other end, nor will a regular #415 chain pin fit through the narrow side. Yes i am using it on a #415 chain. I measured with my calipers (which are not perfectly calibrated but they are consistent), the opening on a #415 link measured 0.159in (ID). The removed #415 pin measured 0.154in (OD). The opening in the half link measured 0.144in (ID) TO SMALL!!!. The master link pin measured 0.155in (OD).
