Excellent for Korean-fried anything!
Made Korean-fried vegan chicken (oyster mushrooms) with this mix and it they turned out absolutely delicious. The mix was used for both dredge and batter, resulting in a shatteringly crisp texture.

Great Product!
This product does not produce the look of the picture on the packaging as I had hoped for. But after using it I don’t care. It tastes good and as a velvety silky smooth texture that I absolutely love. I’ve made a Korean chicken dish using this and tempura shrimp both were great!!!

Am I doing this right?
Crunchy? Yes, very! Taste was great. But it didn’t get as “golden brown” as I expected. Had my oil at around 350F. Left thighs in for around 11-12 min but, as I said my chicken was very light golden brown. Very light.

Great Product
So good... so crunchy... made fried mushrooms last night and it did not disappoint. Will be buying again when I'm out.

Crunchheeeeee, this was excellent to make any fried food. Super crispy. 1:1 Ratio water mix. So easy. Remember to season mix with salt and pepper

I don't see the big deal
I honestly have no clue where the great reviews come from. The batter has no flavor and I mean none whatsoever. Also, please for all that's sane do not attempt to use as much batter as the bag suggests. This batter gets hard when fried and thick so thick your teeth can crack. I will never purchase this again.
