UPDATE: THE PRODUCT LISTED IS NO LONGER THE ONE WHICH I ORDERED OR ORIGINALLY REVIEWED.I have never owned this headset, but I am moving my rating to one star because the company his changed out its product and was associating my previous review with a product I have never even seen and a company name I have never even heard of.Original Review:Pros: easy to use, comfortable, good utility, affordable, easy pairing, hands free option, good battery lifeCons: this is really not that big of a deal, but the voice in the headset is a bit oddThis is an economical device which allows for hands free use and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a bluetooth option.

This review is a comparison between 3 bluetooth headsets: "Firegram Wireless Bluetooth Headset - Compatible with iPhone, Android, and Other Smart Devices" and "Firegram Wireless Bluetooth Headset Earpiece for All Smartphones"(THIS ONE), and "Mpow Shark Bluetooth 4.0 Wireless Headset Headphone Earpiece with High Connection Quality and Intelligent signal Performance." While all 3 were not the best sound quality, "Mpow Shark Bluetooth 4.0 Wireless Headset Headphone Earpiece with High Connection Quality and Intelligent signal Performance" was the winner. The other 2 were bad sound quality. The people I spoke with said the Firegram ones had a lot of static. The "Firegram Wireless Bluetooth Headset - Compatible with iPhone, Android, and Other Smart Devices" one was really really bad sound quality, lots of static. From my end, the Firegram ones actually had louder volume, but what good is louder volume if the other person can't hear me. Unfortunately I misplaced the 1st one I had so I am reordering it but it worked awesome for me when I needed to drive or handle my infant. I never had any issues being heard or hearing the person on the other line, nor did I have any functional issues with it. I will suggest ordering some additional ear attachments though if you buy this because mine broke within the 1st few days. The great thing about Amazon is I found a pack of compatible ones for $5!

This is a great product for the price. Works just as well, if not better, than some more earpieces I have purchased in the past. However, it does occasionally feel a bit loose in my ear and it gets caught in my hair which is shoulder length. Also, my phone has occasionally made calls (always to the last person I spoke with) without my knowledge and I suspect it's the earpiece that is allowing that to happen. I have now been turning the earpiece off when I put it in my purse and those calls have stopped.

I rely a great deal on reviews, but don't often write them. This headset, though, was worth taking the time to review. I have bought (and lost) many a headset over the years and this is by far the best. No one complains of echo or poor sound when I call. They​ hear me clearly. It is wonderful to listen to music or audio books on while walking and the easy to use functions are most helpful! It has great volume for me to hear, and is by far the most comfortable headset I have ever worn. I often forget I even have it one. I love it! :)

I'm not sure what the battery life is on this gadget, but it never seems to die. I've been using this with my Google Nexus 6P and iPhone 7 without any issues - a voice will tell you "device connected" when it syncs with your phone, and then you're good to go! Clear sound and no one has had issues with hearing me.

This thing has terrible static in the background, you can't really walk away from your phone without it breaking up, I think it says its 100ft but in all actuality it starts breaking up at about 12ft, and the part that goes over your ear broke a week after I bought it.

This is a good product. I have owned several over time, losing several of them because they were so small. This one is a bit larger and has 2 ways to connect to the ear, so there is very little opportunity for it to be lost/fall off. Sound is excellent and serves the purpose just fine. The price was perfect too. No moving parts on this one, so less to break. I would recommend it.
