The main blade probably needs to be sharper. Potatoes get caught near the end of the stroke where it should be the easiest to slice because of the smaller width of the food. The safety handle leaves a very thick chunk of the potato unsliced. Haven't tried other veggies yet. I do like the extra blades for julienne cuts. The company is proactive and communicated very well by following up with emails that included the instruction manual and asked if the shipment was complete.

Good slicing power however blades fall out and storage is a nightmare. I stopped using because every time I take the extra blades out in the carrying case they fall all over. Frankly this product has major safety issues. Not fun to have 4 blades crash down at your feet when you try to use.

Good product, wish it had thinner options but I've managed. This may save you time in the kitchen. Easy to clean. Great for inconsiderate you want to chop them up fast to minimize tears!

Got it for future in-laws as a Christmas gift. It was a hit. They are always cooking for themselves and their community and this has made their lives so much easier. The glove was a nice touch.
