I'd never used a baking mat before, but it was awesome and completely non stick! As the picture shows, I made oatmeal chocolate chip cookies on it just a couple days ago. After taking them out of my oven, I let them sit maybe 5 minutes to set, then I was able to just pick them up off the baking mat, I didn't even have to use a spatula! The only problem was that I only had one mat! Clean up was also a breeze. I will be getting another one. :)

Not true to color. Mine came hot pink, I purchased it only for the dark red color pictured. But oh well; It's a functional dab mat / silpat

I love to bake and I loved the whimsy of this baking mat! I had to have it! My only concern is the way it cleans up. When I wash it by hand with soap and hot water, it still holds the outline of the cookie and the grease from the butter in the cookie. However, I have another baking mat that does the same thing, so it didn't surprise me or upset me too much. The cuteness of the mat, far outweights that concern. Vey timely delivery.

This was such a cool cool gift for my best friend. It was very easy to wrap, awesome to fold and unfold without giving any creases and also so cute. It came SO fast in the mail as well! These are mats are VERY reasonably price and perform very well. I've baked dozens of different kinds of cookies with great results. They are sized for large sheets, though, so if you have a smaller oven or smaller cookie sheets, you'll need to cut the mats to fit, which alters/obliterates the "I bake. What's your superpower?" inscription.
