I am getting back into running, and a bunch of my running friends have convinced me to run with them at 5:30 in the morning. It is dark! All of my friends had headlamps, and I figured out very quickly that I needed one, too. I went right to desertcart to do some looking around, and read a lot of reviews. I decided on this particular headlamp. I liked the idea of it being a bit smaller, with only one battery instead of three, and I liked the output of light it offered. It was a bonus that it came with a neat carrying case and battery. I received it quickly, inserted the battery, and I was in business. One of my friends noticed that my headlamp was working much better than her lamp, and asked me which one I had. I've had a couple more ladies ask me about it since then, too. It works really well. I have recommended it, and after having it for two months, I am thinking about changing the battery for the first time. I feel that this is acceptable. It feels comfortable on, and is easily tightened or loosened. It does not need to be readjusted when you run. I feel like I purchased the perfect headlamp for me. Review: Four Stars - Very simple to use and handy when I work during the evening hours. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01I02VQQG | | Batteries are Included | Yes | | Battery Cell Composition | Alkaline | | Battery Type | Alkaline | | Customer Reviews | 4.0 out of 5 stars 27 Reviews | | Included Components | Battery | | Light Source Type | LED | | Manufacturer Part Number | H-03 | | Number of Batteries | 1 AA batteries required.
