No Tie Shoelaces Elastic Lock Laces Running Belt Race Number Holder Set Sports

The elastic laces work as designed and they will allow you to slip your shoes on and off easily. My advice is, once you get the laces where you want them as far as the tightness, etc. is concerned, to lose the clips and secure the laces with a square knot or some other knot that won't slip, and then tuck the remaining ends underneath the cross laces. You will never know they are there. However, what I noticed is that after time (say at the end of a long day) the unrelenting tension squeezing my foot would make my feet hurt. I have some shoes with the elastic laces in, some with regular laces, so they haven't totally taken the place of regular laces. The elastic laces are definitely at their best for triathlon-type events where you don't want to mess with regular laces.The belt only lasted until I managed to lose one of the little buttons used to secure the race bibs. For a while I used safety pins to hold the bib to the belt, and then eventually went with a fuel belt (and I still use the safety pins to help ensure the bib stays put). The little snap-on buttons are a pretty big design flaw, but perhaps they have improved that by now.

Product as advertised. When I did my first half ironman, I hesitated to purchase a set of elastic shoe laces thinking that it was an extravagant expenditure for something that would only improve my finish time by seconds. I finished in 5:59:57. Ha! These days? I don't leave home without them.

The racing belt was great! I was not as satisfied with the elastic shoelaces. They did not have a clip, rather you had to tie a knot at the end of them. I would not recommend those.
