Bad quality of the tool.

"NEW" product USED
This is mostly because of the condition of the item. The box had clearly been opened before and was very worn out. The item itself is fine and seems to be in new(ish) condition. But the fact is that it was advertised as 'NEW' and came with a dented up box held closed with a rubber band.The tool has definitely been used/opened before.Don't list as new if it is not actually new.
