Inadequate packaging
Second try with the same result! The internal packaging is stapled together but comes apart in transit, especially since there is no indication that the contents are fragile. No protective material was provided. This is a lovely teapot at a good price, but if Amazon can't get it to me in one piece why bother?!

Practical, Beautiful Color
Lovely teapot - a blue 6-cup - just what I wanted but it arrived without a lid, so I will be returning it. Returns are now a hassle as I have to drive 20 miles to Whole Foods to return it, so I will be ordering less from Amazon from now on.

I need a new lid!
I love this teapot! Yes, you have to hold the lid on and it drips a little when pouring. I still love it and the color. Sadly my shirt sleeve snagged the lid off the counter and it shattered on my tile kitchen floor. How can I get a new lid??

Wonderful!
This is a wonderful teapot. It does not come with an infuser, but I just use a wire mesh ball and it works great. It holds 4 measuring cups of water (32 oz) which is great for serving tea to friends or if you just really love tea (guilty). I have always been careful to rinse it with hot water before pouring the boiling water in and have never had any problems with it. In addition, it can keep tea warm for 45 min without a tea cozy and for several hours with one. Treat it with respect and you'll find that it's just what you need to make your teatime perfect!

Short and Stout
Although it is a little smaller than expected, I am very pleased. This teapot is not only dishwasher safe, but is durable and retains heat well. Best of all, it doesn't drip when tea is poured.
