you get what you pay for. For me it was simple to use (so far that is). I haven't encountered any issues.As others have mentioned, if you have a phone cover, you have to remove it to plug it (I advise ordering separately an lightning cable 'extension' and it does the trick so you don't have to remove the cover every time.To get it to work was simple, once I plugged it into my IPHONE13, within a few seconds the App Store opened directly to the app LUV-Share, once I downloaded it has a simple UI (user interface) that allows you to select the internal storage or external storage (the usb), and has an option for PHOTOS and contacts. For me at least it was simple, I allowed access to photos, selected a few to test and selected the "COPY" option, it made a copy to the usb drive, and didn't delete the original. I unplugged it, plugged to my MAC , and it opened like a new drive and I was able to drag/drop /view the photos and views without any issues.as mentioned by others, if you know computers , don't get full that it says is a 1TB.. in theory it is, but in logic space available is a 920GB (however which is lot more than my 256GB phone can hold.I bought this to test the theory if was simple to backup the photos/video, as I feel like the price was okay if turns out to be not as good as I thought or stuff gets corrupted, which if does, I'll look for a more expensive brand that can guarantee quality. To me I plan on using as an intermediate solution to offload data/images/videos from the phone if is is full and I'm away from the computer to download. I do not plan on using for long term storage but only until I can offload it to an actual hard drive (which I recommend any little solid state usb 1tb+ or upload to the cloud like Amazon prime etc..).4starts simply because of showing 1TB advertised (not 920GB) and that you have to remove the cover to plug it to the phone (1 extra bonus is that it does come with an small adapter from USB to USB-C if your PC or MAC only have USB-C ports).

I bought this to take pictures off my phone and put on an external hard drive. When I plugged it in at first it looked like it was working, but it kept kicking out during the transfer. Needless to say, I lost some of my pictures!!!

I got the app from the App Store and starting moving my photos within minutes of reading the quick step-by-step instructions.Instead of paying $10 every month for storing my photos in the cloud, this item will more than make up for that cost right off the bat instead of repeated payments.It’s just as easy to maneuver through my albums and all 30,000 of my pictures to find what I need, or to move my pictures from one device to another while using the flash drive.It even has a passcode or uses FaceiD to keep my photos safe, so I am pleased that they can’t me taken or seen by others even if I somehow managed to misplace the flash drive ( which I know I will not as it will be used every day for what I need it for).This item is easy to use, makes up for its cost (which is pretty fair for what it offers), and the storage space of 1TB will give me all the storage I need for the time being with all my photos I’ve taken over the last couple of years. I am a budding photographer who utilizes my photos more often than the common collector as I am always using them to be part of other art projects. When all my storage on this flash drive is used up, I have no doubt that I will be getting another of the same brand.I’m extremely happy with my purchase, as well as any other person giving this flash drive a chance. Its AMAZING for transferring documents from phone to computer. It holds TONS of data. I only wish it came with a hole so I could clip it onto a keychain or something. I got around this by getting a keychain cover. Works just as good.

This item works very good

I came across this flash drive by chance and knew I definitely wanted to give it a try! Lately I've been having issues moving my photos from my iPod Touch Gen 7 to my computer using the lightening cable. Lately whenever I try to move pictures over sometimes they get corrupted or don't transfer over to my computer. Now with this flash drive I'm able to move my pictures back and forth with ease. All you have to do is download the LUV-Share app (when you plug it into your phone/iPod it prompts you to download the app) and you're good too go. I love how it flashes blue to indicate that the pictures are transferring too! The picture I shared is of me transferring my pictures to the flash drive. So far it's moving super fast! I'm very pleased with my purchase! I also love how much space it has for the price too! And it comes with an adapter to use it on USB-C connector phones! The only catch is that I had to take my case off to use the flash drive. If they made the adapter and lightening cable a little longer, I wouldn't have to take off my case. But other than that it's positively perfect! I would definitely purchase another one in the future!

ought this to backup my wife’s photos, which are filling up her iPhone internal storage. I also hoped to be able to easily move photos, etc., between her phone, my phone, and both of our laptops - her PC and my Mac.Was disappointed to find that my iPhone case prevents the drive from plugging into the lightning contact pins, but have found/ordered an adapter that will (hopefully) connect between my phone and the flash drive!! I hope that will work, as I don’t want to remove the protective case from my phone every time.

Amazing and very easy to use product. All family members are iOS users so it makes it really easy to transfer data from phone and max, making the devices run smoother

Die App ist leider beschieden.Leider kein Einzelfall für angeboten Apple Externen Speichen.Fortlaufende Bilder werden ohne Sinn durch einander aufgeladen ,Musik geht überhaupt nicht ( zumindest habe ich noch keine weg gefunden und Filme nur über den Bilderordener .Die Lieferung war Top und schneller als angekündigte , aus den USA .
